Dinengdeng Ingredients:
- 2
pieces bangus (halved and grilled)
- 1
bundle string beans (cut into 2")
- 2
cups squash (peeled and cubed)
- 6
pieces okra (halved)
- 1
big ampalaya (cut into 6 parts)
- 2
cups water
- 3
tablespoons bagoong isda
Procedure:
- In
a pot, pour in water and bagoong.
- Strain
mixture and bring back to heat.
- Add
in the bangus and vegetables.
- Cover
and cook well.
- Serve
hot.
