Molo Ingredients:
Stuffing:

kilo pork with fat, no skin (minced)

kilo chicken, no skin (minced)

kilo shrimp (shelled and minced)

grams ginger (minced)

grams garlic (minced)

grams leeks (minced)

salt
and pepper

tablespoons sesame oil

pack molo wrappers
Soup:
-
100
grams garlic (minced)
-
100
grams ginger (minced)
-
100
grams leeks (chopped - for topping)

3
pcs. Star Anis seeds
-
Shrimp
shells
-
1
cube chicken bouillon
-
1
cube pork bouillon
-
1½
liter of water
Procedure:
- In
a bowl, mix all stuffing ingredients well.
- Set
aside in a soup pot.
- Heat
oil, sauté garlic, ginger and shrimp shells until oil is pink.
- Add
water to the sauté along with bouillons and star anis seeds.
- Simmer
for one hour.
- Strain
into another pot and bring to a boil and reduce to ¾ of its
amount.
- While
soup is simmering, spoon a ball of stuffing on each molo wrapper
and seal from one corner to another to form a triangle.
- Finish
all molo wrappers and add into soup.
- Simmer
for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Serve
hot with leek toppings.
