Pork Barbecue

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo pork (cut into chunk cubes)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup banana catsup
  • 1 head of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons calamansi juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Bamboo sticks for skewer

Procedure:

  1. Marinate pork cubes for two hours or over night.
  2. Skewer pork, 5 pieces a stick.
  3. Grill and baste until well cooked.
  4. Heat the rest of the marinade until it thickens and strain.
  5. Serve with sauce.
