Pork Barbecue Ingredients:
- 1
kilo pork (cut into chunk cubes)
- 1
cup vinegar
- 1
cup soy sauce
- 1
cup banana catsup
- 1
head of garlic minced
- 2
tablespoons calamansi juice
- 2
tablespoons brown sugar
- 1
teaspoon black pepper
- Bamboo
sticks for skewer
Procedure:
- Marinate
pork cubes for two hours or over night.
- Skewer
pork, 5 pieces a stick.
- Grill
and baste until well cooked.
- Heat
the rest of the marinade until it thickens and
strain.
- Serve
with sauce.
