Salad Ingredients:

large puso ng saging banana
heart (peeled, cored, boiled, julienne and drained)

big red onion (sliced into rings)

table salt

black pepper (freshly grounded)

minced ginger

1-cup
vinegar
- 1-cup
coconut cream
Procedure:

a wooden or crystal bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

freshly made or chilled.
