Sinaing Sa Gata Ingredients:
- 6
cups glutinous rice
- 2
1/2 cups coconut cream Pinch salt
- 4
tablespoons grated young coconut
- 1
tablespoon white sugar
Procedure:
- Wash
the glutinous rice thoroughly.
- Place
in a thick saucepan or casserole.
- Simmer
with coconut milk and salt.
- Arrange
in a platter and garnish with grated young
coconut and sprinkle with sugar.
