Skewered King Prawns
Ingredients

pcs. King Prawns (80-90 grams), peeled but tail intact.

piece. Big tomato (sliced into two thick rings).

piece green bell pepper (sliced
to almost to almost the same size as the tomato).

piece red onion (sliced into two thick rounds).

tablespoon mixed spices (even measures of black pepper, paprika
and salt).

tablespoon Calamansi juice

tablespoon soy sauce
Procedure:
- In
a bowl, marinate prawns in calamansi juice, soy sauce and spices
for 20 minutes.
- Skewer
alternatively prawns, tomato, onion and bell pepper.
- Grill
for a few minutes until prawns are cooked.
- Serve
hot with steamed rice and atchara.
