Q: How do
I buy items from your website?
A: Just click on the Add To Cart buttons of the items you
want to purchase.
Q: Is purchasing
on-line safe?
A: Yes. It is as if you were just buying the items from a
physical store, except that you can be ordering in your underwear
from your house than from a store all dressed up.
Q: How do
you deliver your items?
A: All the items we carry are delivered by courier service
or sometimes by our delivery team (depending on the delivery
point).
Q: Where
in the Philippines do you deliver?
A: Currently, we are only delivering in Dumaguete City, Negros
Oriental and in Metro Manila.
Q: Can you
deliver outside the Philippines?
A: Not yet. But we are fixing that barrier in reaching others
outside the country.
Q: Why are
your items priced in dollars?
A: Our target audience are Overseas Filipinos who want to
send Valentine's Day Gifts to their relatives and loved-ones
in the Philippines hassle-free.
Q: If I want to pay in Philippine Pesos, how do I do it?
A: You can send us email regarding your desire to purchase
items in Philippine Pesos here
and when we
receive your email we will reply with instructions on how
to go about it.
Q: Will
I be charged for delivery?
A: Yes. A flate rate of $5 will be added to your total billing
cost for handling purposes.
Q: How will
I know that my order has been sent to it's designated address?
A: We will request the signature of the person named in the
delivery address and have this passed on to you in electronic
form.
Q: How will I pay for my orders?
A: We impose a bank-to-bank transfer for all of our transactions.
Once the money is wired to our account, then it is only when
we act upon the order. You can wire the money to this account

Q: Can I
cancel my order once the money transfer has been made and
get a refund?
A: No. Once the transfer has been made, we immediately process
the orders.
Q: If I am not happy with your service, can I send back the
items bought from you and get a refund?
A: Yes, but only for items that are non-perishable, and this
should be done within the first three days of having possession
of the said item.
Q: What is your guarantee that I will be pleased with your
items and service?
A: The only guarantee that we can give you is that we will
do our best to please all of our customers wherever, whenever,
whatever.
